Dreadful inefficient service I’ve been having CRB checks for 40 years with my airline employment & working with vulnerable adults without a problem & completed within a week sterling have taken ages with repeated emails for documents I’ve sent to them THREE times oh & my references have been requested THREE times despite being auctioned first time around one hand doesn’t know what the others doing .. it’s been so bad I’m abandoning the whole thing due frustration & lack of confidence in them

Sterling made the whole process of background check very easy. I had one issue when scheduling something and that was easily rectified by calling their support number. Support was extremely nice and you talk to someone immediately no waiting around for half an hour kinda thing. Overall great service!!

Della, the customer service representative was knowledgeable, answered my questions to help me understand next steps, and even offered suggestions on aspects that I did not even consider. She stayed on the line until I completed my forms, which I have never experienced with any customer service interaction. Given the importance of the screening process to the future of the candidates that go through this, I was very impressed and grateful for the level of service. Keep it up.

Sterling needed a few additional pieces of information from me to complete my background check. All communication was professional and the turnaround on getting the items validated was extremely fast! I called and talked to Paula and she was very helpful as well. Very smooth process!
