It has been a pleasure working with Sterling, Rachel is most informative, I was able to change my collection site for my 10 panel drug screening with one brief phone call. Rachel is so kind to call me back instead of being placed on hold, while the system updated the site information from Family medicine clinic in Lampasas, Texas to MedLab in Killeen Texas. Once I arrived at MedLab in Killeen, I was greeted instantly, Samantha conducted the test and she is amazing. Samantha explained the protocol of the urine collection.
