It was no long wait like other website when I called. The representative named Gabriel Ramos talked with me and help me very quickly and made everything so easy for me for my remaining documents. As soon as I cut the call I received email regarding missing documents attachment. And it was very easy process.

A+ process. Additionally, called customer service twice and both times received a white glove experience. Thank you!

I recently needed to work with Support to understand navigating the system. I was contacted by Paige, and was delighted to receive the most helpful service from such a pleasant person. Paige solved the issued (it was me) immediately and saw to it that things worked properly before offering additional help. Cheers Paige! Thank you for being there for us!

Notifications and status update are helpful. However, a side note of what check revealed (i.e. No record, 1-2 records found/revealed, etc.) would be convenient for the job candidate. Thank you.
