Awful, I have gone through two separate background check with them. Slow to reply and just lazy, what is the point of doing a background check when I have to spoonfeed every single detail of my life. They do not verify the background instead they just request the information from your end. The background checks takes weeks, this is unacceptable. The first one was delayed up to a month because they did not inform the employee I had to complete a form. This was not relayed anywhere in the email or through their platform. The second time was just as bad

What is this out source company doing! It’s costing me money & time! There website is stuck on a page payment issues! It’s been like this for 4 days now..!!! Absolutely NOT use this pathetic company! Unfortunately you are redirected to this site if you have applied through Uber eats driver.. you will be handled hostage with this company & you have no other option as the phone number for support cuts you off & says we can not help you in anyway!! Why have support line setup in the first place!!!

"Sterling lost my private information. After spending hours on the phone and getting set up to work for a company called Task Rabbit. I even bought a new phone to work for them. After deciding to not continue with the whole thing so I cancelled the task rabbit work inquiry. Now I have been getting daily notifications from sterling and even when I call and ask to be taken off there mailing list they will not. I'm pretty sure this is against the law. And this company claims to be legal. Stay away Sterling your more like a tarnished rust nugget."
