I am very happy with how my experience was working with Sterling. The entire process was very easy and had well explained details on what steps i needed to take to get my requirements completed. The facility that Sterling set up for me to work with to do my drug test was extremely helpful and understanding in so many different ways. The front desk lady and the nurse that helped me were so friendly and helpful. I was able to get in and out of the facility within only a few short minutes. I would without a doubt recommend Sterling to anyone i know without any hesitation. And i would work with the company again and again anytime i need to deal with any of their offered services.

This was the most nerve racking background experience I have ever had in my 35 yrs of working. It took way too long and why is one of the questions, "have you ever been convicted of a misdemeanor?" Usually you only ask if it was in the last 5 or 10 yrs., not EVER. I believe that was one of the things that slowed the process down, was chasing down a 15 yr. old DUI. Also why do I need to find 25 yrs. of check-stubs/W2's, It can't be that hard to get employment verification from National Companies.

The process was quick and easy. I had some difficulty making initial contact which was no fault of Sterling, but the contact was very helpful. Thanks.

Add again information in can be a little tricky but other than that I thought the site was great and the help was wonderful.

I just wanted to check and see if I completed the info on my end to make sure it was ok,the agent was very polite and helpful,did a good job...

It has been an absolute hassle dealing with this company for a basic verification check. A UK citizen with birth certificate, passport and all other documentation comes back as failed verification to work in UK? The system isn't fit for use and the staff in Customer Services refuse to transfer to correct department which has no phone number available to the public. I now have plenty of time to write reviews such as this as have lost out on a job opportunity due to Sterling.
