The time and effort seems to be a bit repetitive, but I believe it so that "no stone goes unturned" in regards to our National Security. Therefore, if it seems a bit time consuming, and repetitive so be it. Better to be safe than sorry, as they say. Thank you for all your efforts in these matters.

I called and expressed that I was very anxious about how long my background check was taking and that I had a tight timeline with my current employer. The rep told me they would take care of it and my background check was expedited to that afternoon.

There should be a restriction to exposure!!! I lose a job offer because of a charge that was finished over 26 yrs Ago!!! Oh no no no ...I will find someone to help with this violation of my rights and for the company holding that grudge and used that against me..you Won't Prosper neither!! If it was possible to give this company 0 stars I would. Spend the last 3 wasted hours trying to login to there platform to complete a background check for a new job offer. The site responds it is having issues. There is no tech support available after 8pm. Time is of the essence Sterling and you’re doing a real poor job.
