My background is complete. I called and they said it was done four weekdays ago. Under state law, my understanding is they are supposed to provide a copy to me. I called and they said they would send it right away. I haven’t received it three days later. I checked my status on their candidate page and it merely sends an email saying the check is completed, but they haven’t sent me a copy. They had four business days after sending it to the employer to send it to me. I checked spam and so far, don’t see it.

I had to contact their customer service number once and the person I spoke with was very professional and answered my question in no time at all. The representative was also very friendly and pleasant.
