I've had a few background checks in my time but Sterling was by far the least intrusive, and they were very quick. My drug test went off without a hitch, they sent me a copy of my background report within 24 hours and it was all pretty easy. IMO this was one of the easiest background checks and background check companies to do one with as an applicant.
