I have to go thru this company for background checks and medical checks for the travel nurse agency I use. I wish I could say they are good at what they do. My first time with this company was smooth and easy, the second was just a cluster. They intentionally sent me to 2 different locations with 2 different companies. They gave me 2 days to get a drug test, 2 vaccines, a mask fit test, and a TB test completed. The order was received on a Thursday. I had to call 7 different places to find one that would do a drug test on a Saturday because where they sent me didn't do drug tests on Saturdays. I had to travel out of town to another location to get the vaccines on a Saturday. It was absolutely ridiculous. I was so frustrated and angry about being so nonchalantly inconvenienced by Sterling, and I still was unable to get everything done within the 48 hours I was given. They do not care if you are inconvenienced in the slightest and this 2 days nonsense is not feasible if the email isn't sent at a reasonable time.

Horrible customer service.

I think there are bugs in the Sterling website. 1. About address history When I entered the following information, the system would not allow me to proceed: Address 1: since 6/1/2022 Address 2: 3/1/2021-5/31/2022 I had to enter the following information: Address 1: since 6/1/2022 Address 2: 3/1/2021-6/1/2022 Does “Do not include any gaps” mean the periods need to overlap? 2. About employment history I entered my employment history for the past 8 years, but the system said “your employment history does not meet the 7 year requirement …”, and I could not proceed. I had to contact the customer service to solve the problem.
