I just received them last night. Not a week ago. There’s another lie steppers has created. The insoles are whatever. I’ve waited now twice for these to finally arrive late and be completely underwhelming. Just did a four hour shift and my feet didn’t feel better. They are only noticeable if I wear no socks and never standing. Only good while driving. They should be called drivers for truck drivers. I’ll wear these out in less than 3 months. They aren’t as good as advertised and paid to sound. This product is sub par at best compared to other insoles that basically do nothing to alleviate foot pain. You should refund my money back in full if you really cared about actual quality assurance of this product for the customer. Which I know you won’t, because you’re making too much money on a cheap product. Because right now it’s Capitalism at its worst. Thanks for nothing no relief what so ever.

I ordered the insoles for my husband which he loves and unfortunately had to request a replacement pair due to a fault in the insert. I emailed my concerns and within literally 10 mins I received a reply from a lovely lady named Evelyn who had the whole issue sorted and replacements on the way within the hour ! Customer Service was absolutely outstanding. I could not fault it. I will definitely be re ordering from this company 😃

Fast and efficient

Bought some for myself, my dad , and a coworker as a gift and I already reordered because we like them so much. Not because they haven't lasted. Because we want them in other shoes. Great product.

Quick to respond and fix the problem

I’ve tried several orthotics and insoles and these are the only ones that leave my feet energized!

I find the Steppers to be so thick, I can't wear them in most of my shoes. Not happy with my purchase. Had to cut a pair to fit in the shoe or I would return them for a refund.

First shipment was missed but got the free replacement package without any issues and the quality is good. I really appreciate the support provided when I did not get the first shipment.
