Not too bad
Okay, I was wondering about these, it took a long time plug the trigger and get them. At first, it was a strange thing, After a week in my shoes my feet feel better at the end of the day, they are not perfect, but I spend 10 to 11 hours on concrete, putting in on average 24000 steps a day. I am not sure there is anything out there that can make your feet feel all good at the end of the day. These have help, I have ordered 2 more pairs for other shoes that I like to wear.

All About The Quality
It was the outstanding customer service l received from one of their associates by the name of Evelyn. I found her to be very attentive to the concern l raised regarding the arrival of the insole product. She researched my issue which involved another department to retrieve an answer. Not only am l satisfied with the newly acquired insoles (4) l purchased, l submitted this review without hesitation because Evelyn asked for me to send my honest feedback to Trustpilot. Yes, l purchased 4 to put in multiple shoes. Your feet are what keeps you moving meaning you better take care of them and a great quality insole is the trick that allows your feet to say “Thank you”☺️. Stepprs insoles is the way to go,,,

Although the shipping took a little longer, VERY pleased with the product
Although the shipping took a little longer than expected, I am very pleased with my product. I got a couple pairs, one for lifting shoes, one for running shoes, and one for tennis shoes (for the actual sport of tennis). I like the insoles a LOT in my lifting and running shoes. However, I feel that there isn't quite enough shock absorption in them to put into shoes you wear for a lot of impact sports (impact meaning lots of jumping, stopping, quick running, etc).

It's really comfortable and soft
For the past week, I've tried this stepprs while walking my dog for over an hour. And I must say I was pleasantly surprised, "It's really comfortable and soft!". Also, I bought it in different colors as well. I have the orange, black, gray, green and ordered the limited color, stars and stripes. I love the way it feels on my feet while walking. I feels like I'm walking on clouds.

Great Customer Support and Great Product
Great customer support through the Stepprs Customer Care Team regarding my last order with Stepprs. There was an issue regarding the delivery but with their Management team's efforts, were able to provide a resolution in an appropriate amount of time. This past order was my second order from Stepprs as I have been enjoying the relief and comfort of their insoles in prior months. They're definitely not a typical replacement insole found at most large stores/pharmacies. The design has helped me stay on my feet for long days and they have helped with deterring odor as well. This second order is to help me replace the original insoles for the rest of my everyday footwear including 'athletic' shoes. Thank you Stepprs!

Stepprs are fantastic and great value.
The parcel arrived in the post relatively quick. They fitted straight into my work boots very well with no cutting, these things are extremely comfortable, especially for my heels. I will be looking to buy a couple more pairs at least.

Absolutely wonderful insoles
Absolutely wonderful insoles. I have nerve damage in my feet and I have to say, these are the only insoles that have helped me. So so comfy. I genuinely am going to buy a few more for all of my shoes, trainers and slippers. Thank you Stepprs for being able to help!!
