If I could give zero stars I would. Please don't order from here. They pretend to be based in uk when it is in China. They take your money promising fast delivery which is a lot of Bull. Ordered on the 7th July item not even dispatched on 17th. Customer service is non extitant. Contacted on numerous occasions to recieve an email days later only to say my email has been forwarded to the appropriate department. What a joke. In the end I contacted my bank to ask them to intervene. Still no response from Stepprs. My bank refunded and are pursuing my money. Please please stay away from this brand utterly awful.

Bought a pair of this stepprs insoles, which the advertisement stated that it would relieve pain for plantar fasciitis with good arch support. It was £17 a pair, which they claimed it was on special sale. I received the insole a week after. I had been experimenting special insoles for the past 6 months after my previous insoles from my chiropractor wasn’t working anymore. When I opened the insoles package, I noticed that the insoles were very soft with no arch support. I put them into my sneakers anyway and I tried it on. I felt immense pain on my heels after a minute and the insoles didn’t work as it’s advertised as it didn’t have any solid arch support. Therefore, I asked for a refund but I was only offered a 40% refund and a full refund required me to pay the shipment, which the customer service person said it would cost me a lot to do so. I have no choice but to accept partial refund. In fact, the quality of the insoles are good for people who are looking for a pair of soft insoles and not special insoles for their medical needs. I would say the price is not reasonable for such quality. For me with plantar fasciitis conditions in both feet, I need special insoles. I am so unhappy that the product didn’t work as it advertised and I was not able to get a full refund. I really think that the company should pay for the shipment if their products didn’t perform as it was supposed or advertised to be. I would certainly not recommend people who are suffering from plantar fasciitis to consider this product at all.

I ordered 4 pairs of insoles and accidentally ordered 1 the wrong size. Instead of having to go through the hassle of returning them and then waiting for the replacement to arrive, Stepprs let me keep it and suggested giving them to a friend or family member while also shipping me out the correct size.

I have had foot pain in my heel for a long time now. Iv tried different things to help it.but nothing was working. Until I tried your sponge insoles.thay are worth every penny. My foot pain has virtually gone. Thanks to you.fantastic buy.
