They seem nice and soft
They seem nice and soft, but I ordered the wrong size, I thought I pressed men's 11 but I believe I was wrong.

Unimpressed
I purchased these, I haven't tried them yet, they don't look very good. When I purchased the insoles, I received a delivery date. It did take 2 extra weeks past the delivery date before I received my order.

Stepprs is the company and I am very pleased with them as I am a big walker most comfortable and way in advance of any insole I know about. They are in my everyday safety boots and in my main walking shoes so I'm very happy with them. Thank You for being very easy to deal with too.

Bone Spur Relief
I'm glad I order these insoles a few weeks ago and helping me out with my bone spur in the heal of my right foot until the Doctor takes care of it. I just order more.

Expensive mistake.
These insoles took a long time to arrive. I purchased them due to plantar fasciitis. I cut the left hand insole to size and then found the right did not need altering. They had in fact sent me two different sizes in what was a sealed pack. They took up a lot of space in my shoes and made the shoes uncomfortable. The raised knobbly protrusions on the surface were uncomfortable on the soles of my feet. They aggravated my problem and I had to stop using them and go back to my Scholl insoles which were half the price. Buying these was an expensive mistake. Update 09/08/2025 After Stepprs responded to my review asking for my order number which I supplied they provided me with a full refund for which I am grateful. As a result of their customer service and no hassle refund I have raised my original 1 star rating to 3 star. Clearly from the reviews there are happy users of Stepprs insoles.
