My experience with customer service has been excellent, the pair that I received were hard and no cushy sponge, so they are sending me another pair, hopefully these will be what are advertised. Fingers crossed

Stepprs are pretty good for the price point they come in at. They wear out just as fast as the more expensive insoles. It takes a long time to get them after placing the order though.

It was very easy to place the order. My first order arrived yesterday 12-3-25 and I could not believe how comfortable the steppers are, it was amazing how comfortable they felt when walking with them in my tennis shoes. I was so amazed I had to place another order.

Its a scam, please dont buy from this store. Its drop shopping. They buy it from temnu for like 3 euros and let it send to there location to put like there brand on it and send it to you. They promise 4-6 days delivery but it takes weeks . No respond on there customer support what so ever

This company is a scam don’t get screwed like I did.run don’t walk away!!ordered 11/10/25 still no show 12/4/25 no tracking. No refund nothing. They don’t care! But they did take the money out of my account the day I ordered.great scam AHOLES in my business we take an order we deliver.

This rating has nothing to do with the actual product and everything to do with the integrity of their shipping. I paid shipping to Stepprs company to have the product delivered… Then received an invalid postage message from the USPS stating I needed to pay an additional $7.60 to retrieve my package because it had a scam shipping label on it- (from Hazel, in Skippack Pennsylvania…) I got to pay for shipping twice… shipping has now cost me almost half as much as the actual product. BEWARE.

Takes forever to receive. They don't tell you they are coming from CHINA! Awful

Worst shipping experience in human history. When I ordered, they told me it would be delivered in 5-7 business days. That was over a month ago. My product is supposedly somewhere in the USA now, but the tracking won't say where. Customer service is no help. Their response, "we apologize but we're very busy.".
