I did buy the Stepprs just to see what the hype was about, and for that price, you can't go wrong, am 8 correct?. They arrived pretty quickly, and I couldn't wait to try them. I work in a chemistry lab and am on my feet all day running samples. They were quite comfortable at first, like walking on a cloud, just as they described them. But I have a heal spur right at the back of my heal, and with the extra in my shoe, they rubbed more and that spur sent me over the top. I told the Steppes people about my problem and they actually reimbursed me, no further questions asked. My left foot is in heaven, but my right is we quite sore. I may try and trim them a bit to see if the toe area will give it that little bit of room in my shoe.. You honestly can't go wrong trying these insoles. They back them with their word, and their word is gold. I just wish my feet were not so strange and this darn spur would dissolve. No surgery for me. I've seen people unable to walk for close to a year after heal spur removal... Guess I'm going to be left side very happy for quite sometime to come. Honestly you cannot go wrong. Thank you Stepprs, you went above and beyond just as promised by your company

Excelllent service

This company is absolutely the most untrustworthy and discombobulated mess. I ordered steppers to be sent to me for a trip back at the end of October and they supposedly showed up, but I never received them. I complained to the company and they apologized profusely and asked what they could do if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to steppers I told them I wanted the steppers and at that point, since it was Black Friday, to make sure they honor the Black Friday special. The only thing they did was represent Gray rocking and disappear, disappearing once again. Life is busy and I haven’t had a chance to pursue this company yet, but with the lack of complete of attention that they have provided, I definitely would never want to recommend them to anyone else.

I ordered a pair for my husband, directly from their website, and paid $3.99 for shipping. After several weeks, a note arrived from our post office stating that the package required $7.99 in additional postage/shipping to be paid in order for me to pick up the insoles. I went to the post office and paid it and they told me that the shipping label used was fraudulent and was used for another order, therefore, I had to pay for the shipping. Long story short, I ended up paying $11.98 total for shipping for ONE pair of insoles. I emailed them and no response whatsoever. No contact phone number either. Good luck getting help if you have an issue! Oh and you can buy these on Amazon for half price!!!

Sipping took forever "weeks" for something that only came from about 200 Mi away from my home could not get any response by email forget about contacting them no tracking number provided was literally contacting my bank to pull a Reg-e cuz I figured this was just another Facebook scam. Return shipping address comes back to a moving and storage company should really tell people it's going to take weeks with zero responses and zero tracking I can literally order stuff from the heart of China and it shows up in 11 days I could have drove and pick these things up in 2 hours as far as the product they're good customer service crap

Wouldn’t be buying again, are so thick that they don’t fit inside all my shoes. I tried to contact them but their website makes it impossible. They were expensive and not worth the money.

My wife likes them, took her a couple of weeks to get used to them, now she’s happy with them
