Awful company, do everything to avoid given you a refund even though their own add clearly states a refund within 90 days if not happy? I opened mine after 6hrs and so far 2 pointless emails doing everything to avoid the refund? How bad is their product? Within 6 hrs I had to remove and get an urgent GP appointment. Pain now present 14 days so for me an absolute diabolical product. Thankfully paid via PayPal and now opened a dispute, which is time delaying but ensures they will have to refund

I was disappointed with my first shipment and they immediately took care of the problem at no charge! I'm very impressed with the customer service I received and would highly recommend them

Product has been stuck in limbo for weeks. It's now Feb 9th. It made it to my state and then went right back north for some reason. Contacted support, never heard back. Probably just file a dispute with my bank. (It is now June and never received the product, support never got back to me either). Don't trust steppers.

I put an order through but the address was wrong - the team promptly replied and updated the address, sending me a new pair. Really smooth customer experience. The insoles are also 10/10 - took my pain away almost immediately.

I do like these insoles, however, the last two pairs purchased stink to high heaven - like a mouldy smell. They were well packaged, so I have no idea how that could happen - it has put me off buying more. Sadly, I've had to use them but regret doing so, I should have returned them immediately.

Avoid these liars! Brought some last year that were good so got some more, they took 5 weeks to deliver and they have changed them with no warning. They are hard and uncomfortable, a massive disappointment. Their customer service rep is clearly a poor AI bot promises a replacement order and free gift. 3 weeks after the email I enquired about the replacements and got an email offering 40% refund instead. This is a shocking way to treat repeat customers and pure lies! Avoid this brand!
