Nicholas R.
Stellar Scientific has been one of our most trusted suppliers of consumables during covid. They are extremely helpful and courteous and let you know right away if something is on backorder. In addition, they provide alternative solutions based on needs/cost/what is in stock.

This company is wonderful to work with. They have great prices, fast shipping, and reliable products! The customer service team is fantastic and goes above and beyond to assist with every need. They were able to provide schematics for many of their products by reaching out the manufacturer and they did so in a very short window of time. Their website provides tracking numbers for all shipments. I highly recommend working with Stellar Scientific for your laboratory needs.

Rebecca. Not only are you an amazing customer for sharing this wonderful review; people need to know you also took the time to write us personally and single out the team member who has been agonizing over taking care of you. That attention brought everyone to tears and was so appreciated. Its been a stressful time and there is so much more pressure to keep up. Our team has been simply amazing and we're super proud of them. Thank you so much for making our day with this review and recommendation. We look forward to taking care of you again.

Cindy Z.
Shipment is delayed for more than 1 month.
Response from Stellar ScientificNov 3, 2020
Thank you very much for your business and your patience Cindy! Yes! You are so right to be frustrated by the delay! It has been a challenging time for many of our suppliers as they make efforts to increase production of lab items critical for fighting COVID-19 This microplate spinner remains at historic demand levels and we are frustrated too that people are waiting. Please let us know if our customer service team communicated with you at reasonable intervals to let you know to expect the delay and provide updates when it would ship. We've just added a new customer service member to our team to help us improve with more timely communication We recently brought in a very large shipment of these microplate spinners to our warehouse with the hope we can decrease lead times. Thank you again for your business and for sharing your feedback with us. Lee J Lowenstein President
