Incredible service. Anytime I have a question, I receive an answer within a few hours or less. They are always up to date with their current inventory levels and expected future levels, which is a blessing during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Personally, I relied on Stellar Scientific to purchase KN95 masks for my older parents during COVID. True life savers!!!

We just ordered a DNA ladder for our genetics labs, and it was a great experience! The website was EASY to use, and didn't take a lot of time to navigate. Pricing was better than all of our "usual" vendors, and Ben from Stellar Scientific called us after our order to thank us. Very friendly and upbeat, then sent additional information that I requested. Great company, hoping to continue to do business with them.

We appreciate your business and your making time to share this with us and everyone who comes to visit our website.

The product and delivery is great but I really wish you could order with a PO online.
Response from Stellar ScientificMar 15, 2021
Thank you very much for your business and for the compliments about our products and service. We were not aware that placing online orders with a PO was important to you. You can do it and it is very easy! Take a look at this short video to learn how. https://youtu.be/l6Tn9oxEhL8 We will send you a copy of our credit application to fill out and complete. Because I have limited storage capacity, I often purchase products that I need on short notice. Stellar Scientific has been a reliable partner in my endeavors, promptly providing what I need when I need it. The sales team swiftly processes and ships my orders, usually for overnight delivery. Even during the past year, despite the pandemic, Stellar Scientific has managed to provide the products that my operations require. Simply put: friendly staff, competitive prices, great service.
