Experience with a 'Stellar' company!
I just wanted to say a few things about my experience with Stellar so far, Reading some of the other reviews, it seems like I'm not alone in my experiences! I found this supplier a few months ago when I needed some reservoirs for my covid lab and as soon as I placed the order, one of your employees (Ben) reached out to me on that same day to tell me that I could get free shipping if I spent another ~$20. Since then, Ben has been a phenomenal resource going above and beyond to help me in a time when supply chain issues have been a nightmare during this pandemic. On Sunday, we unexpectedly ran out of an extremely important component to our lab and, even though it was on a weekend, Ben was available to solve my issues in a very helpful way. Working with him has been an absolute pleasure and I wanted all of you to know it! Keep up the good work guys, you are really living up to your name. -Phil
