I sent a request through Stellar Scientific’s website and received a message that stated I would be contacted within 30 minutes time. I was a little skeptical because the normal response time for most companies is 24 hours. Sure enough , within 30 minutes I receive an email that answered my question. I then ordered an item from Stellar Scientific and received notifications and information on my purchase. The item arrived within 2 days time. This business is aptly named, they are nothing less than Stellar!

Very prompt service. I was informed promptly when the color I requested for the microscope slides holders was unavailable. When I, in turn, responded with my preference for an alternative, the order was promptly completed and arrived when promised. Very good price, too.

She knew we were kind of in a bind and helped us to get things rolling (and even shipped!!) extremely quickly! To update: received our order the day after a national holiday...that was a less than 5 day turn around with a fairly large order and a holiday in between. Very, very grateful!

Great quick shipping and service. Products received sterile and in great condition. Only small issue is that it said the petri dishes were 25 per pack while in reality they are 20 per pack. This is not a big deal though as you still get a box of 500.
