While we appreciate why individually wrapped masks are valuable, we do not understand what we did wrong to receive a 1-star review for service. After an initial shipping error (product sent via UPS ground instead of overnight delivery), the Stellar Scientific Team jumped into action and sent a replacement unit via overnight express. They couldn't have been more helpful in assuring that we received the instrument we ordered and helping to provide follow-up service.
