5 — WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE HAD WITH AN STD TESTING SERVICE I would NOT recommend STDcheck.com. I paid for a gonorrhea test and did not receive the testing service I paid for. They took my money, and when I contacted customer service to get the issue resolved, I was told that billing/refund issues have to be handled through TEXT MESSAGE. I sent the messages like they told me to, and I’m still waiting for someone to actually resolve the problem. I cannot get a straight answer about my money or speak directly with someone who can fix it. This is especially unacceptable for a company dealing with STD testing. People are using this service because they need important medical testing and answers—not to spend days chasing customer service trying to figure out where their money went. I paid for a gonorrhea test. I did not receive the test I paid for. I contacted them for help. I followed their instructions. My issue still has not been resolved. Until they refund my money and address this properly, I strongly recommend going somewhere else for STD testing.
