While the tests are great, they started sending advertising through the same notification channels as the test results. There is no way to separate them from legitimate contacts. Completely unacceptable.

The scheduling and testing are reasonable. However, the site mentions in a couple of places that positive results can be reviewed with a doctor ... they omit to say that it is for an additional $95...

When I spoke to the phone rep and told her that I needed the results ASAP she said it normally takes 1-2 days but for an added fee of $49 the results would be in 12-24 hours and I could contact them after the lab work was completed. I did that but was told that any “partial results” would be by 12-24 hours but it would not move my samples to the head of the line. I spoke to the lab tech and he showed me on his computer that on test took 2-4 days. The ad by this company is a lie. When I ask to speak to a manager, the response was that a manager would text me in 12-24 hours. DO NOT USE this firm! Update. The results got back in the two days I needed and without paying the extra fee. I have upgraded the star review but I am highly annoyed at the misleading info and poor follow up.

They take your money for testing. Then tragically you test positive and they immediately send a Pop-Up to pay another 100$ to consult with a “Dr”. You pay, you wait, they call you at 4am and tell you they don’t treat Syphilis, go to a local clinic. Where they will require a new STI test.Hundred bucks well spent. Testing was reasonable but the rest is a Money chasing scam.

The purchase & testing was simple and easy, however, they lead customers on by talking about a 'doctor consult' on the order page, when that is not actually included in what you get - it's an extra $95 charge! This information is NOWHERE on their site (I checked with chat support) and saying we can get a doctor consult without listing it as an extra cost is incredibly misleading.

I got tested on Thursday before a holiday weekend, here it is Wednesday of the next week going into Thursday and I still have not received my results. It is advertised that they will be received in 1-2 days. Not happy.

First paid online on a Friday night and printed the lab form. Went Saturday morning to quest lab for 10 panel STD test. Main test I needed was chlamydia, but figured I would take advantage of the opportunity and have the 10 panel done. They told me 24 to 48 hours for results. Monday I get a notification with preliminary results that only told me the specimens made it to the lab - however - The chlamydia test could not be done because the specimen was sent in the wrong collection kit (lab error), ugh. They only offered to either refund that portion of the test or give another order to go do it again. No compensation for the inconvenience of having to go back to the lab again and then wait even longer time. Now it’s Tuesday night & I still have NO results from either set of tests. I should’ve had my results by now. The longer we wait the longer I go without medication to treat it. At this point I should’ve just went to urgent care or patient first 🤦🏼♀️

I took my test tues at eight in the morning the rna hiv test and one of the sales reps tells me i will have my results by fri i called back fri only to tell me i gotta wait till monday not good on a test that can be so stressful waiting on your results any other test you get your results quick thats why i gave them two stars:(
