Our guide made the experience
Our guide, Christian, was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. It’s unfortunate that there’s such a long waiting list to get into the statue, but everything else was such fun and impressive.

Great customer service. Much appreciated the email warning about side people approching to scam. Boarding the cruise was easy and well organized. Had a great trip back as well. Thank you

Jett was absolutely fantastic! He was knowledgeable, funny, engaging, and did an excellent job bringing the history of the Statue of Liberty to life. He also shared so many helpful tips throughout the tour that made the entire experience easier and more enjoyable. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it made a huge difference. I would highly recommend Jett to anyone visiting the Statue of Liberty. One thing I do think is worth mentioning is that the "Skip the Line" wording is a little misleading. You still board the ferry with everyone else, so it is not a true skip the line experience as I had expected. That said, the boarding process moved very quickly, so it really was not an issue. I just think it's helpful for future visitors to have the right expectation going in.

Everything was as hoped. The views, the statue and the information we learned.
