Hi Denise,
Can you please email [email protected] and ask for a supervisor so I can assist you? Would love to make this right <3
Upfront before reviewing your case the only thing I can think of that would make the top coat dry after it had been opened is if paint got on the outside of the neck and was not wiped off with remover and a cloth prior to screwing on the lid. Because it is a clear formula it can be harder to see if this happens. Wiping the neck of the bottle ensures that when closed the cap will stay air-tight preventing air from getting in and making the polish thick.

Painful and damaging
I ordered 2 of the pop on nail kits last month. My order arrived in a timely fashion and there was no damage to the product itself. I had no problem cutting the nails down to the length I wanted and not a whole lot of trouble with the gluing process. My problem is that once the nails were glued to my fingernails, they were actually creating a tension that was pretty uncomfortable. The fake nails were shaped a bit more narrowly than my real nails but when pressed down, they fit perfectly so I glued them on. The fake nails were trying to retain their shape and pulled back on my real nails, and it was so uncomfortable I had to take some Advil for the pain. When I tried to pry them off after a soak in hot water, they pulled the surface layer of my real nail with it. So the company’s claim that they don’t damage your real nails was not true for me. I cannot recommend these.

Hi Brie,
So sorry to hear of this, that must have been so disappointing, luckily this is an easy fix. As you described above the nail sizes selected were too small for your nails and they were forced removed, which is why you experienced this. Some of the nails in our kit our more curved, while others are more flat to fit different nail bed shapes. When choosing a proper nail size the nail should fit flush between the sides of your nail and should simply rest on the nail without really having to push it down.
On your next set try going up a size for nails you're not finding to fit perfectly right away and file the sides for a perfect custom fit. The nails file in seconds and this will allow them to rest better on nails that are more flat without having any tension. The glue used to apply the nails bonds like an acrylic, but dissolves as you wear them. As long as you do not force remove the nails there will not be any damage.
You can wear them a few weeks or a few days at a time depending on how much glue is applied. How to control your wear time, application and removal instructions can be found on each product's page at staticnails.com. We also offer a non-toxic, odorless nail color remover that not only removes nail polish, but removes pop-on nails without damage by gently dissolving the glue on impact. This way you can remove the nails when you want easier, faster, and avoid any risk of damage.

Best Find
Love this polish and the colors are salon quality. I found it extremely easy to apply and it is lasting longer than regular polish. I bought the primer, polish and top coat. Such a nice find...especially since my regular manicure appointment has been cancelled during Covid. I have now ordered more colors !

No return policy! Do not buy!
I ordered a palette and it arrived damaged. Polish was visibly leaking from the bottles. I immediately emailed “customer service” and requested a refund or exchange. It took longer than their stated response time to get back to me. They told me to just wipe the polish off the bottles and that would be fine. I don’t know what business considers this a proper response to handling damaged product, but apparently this is appropriate to them. I had to email back multiple times and post on social media sites and they clearly removed my comments informing potential customers of their “customer service”. They then offered me a $20 discount code to which I replied that it was not a resolution. I wouldn’t want to purchase additional products from them which would end up costing me even more money. I found that the company is under Alexis Irene because that’s how my transaction was labeled on PayPal so I messaged her account on Instagram, explained the situation. She initially only offered me the same $20 coupon code which I was not happy with. I only wanted an exchange or refund. Finally, she granted my request. This took almost a month to get resolved! By far, the worst company I’ve ever purchased from. I would not recommend anyone buy anything from them.
I am mailing out my product tomorrow and hope I actually get the refund. I have a feeling they may just scam me out of my money like they initially tried to do.
Edit 2/4/2021: I am not sure why Static Nails is only now just responding with false claims. I am going to give the respondent the benefit of the doubt and assume they did not see the product that was delivered to me. There was very clearly more than just a “dot” of polish on one bottle. It had very visibly leaked out of more than one bottle. The item I purchased was a set so yes, I expect to be able to return or exchange the set as a whole. I was only able to get a satisfied response once I contacted the owner via DM on Instagram. I was fully refunded. If I had not gone through what I did, I would not have received anything. A gift card of partial value for what I paid was not an acceptable solution as I would never purchase another product from a company that believes it’s okay to not rectify an issue like selling customers damaged products. This company also deletes negative reviews on social media.
I can’t stress this enough— do not make a purchase from this company.

Hi Katey,
In reviewing your case, I see the issue was regarding 1 out of 10 mini bottles purchased because it had a small dot of paint on the neck. While we pride ourselves on sending out perfect product there are very rare occasions something less than perfect can slip through. The product was sold out so it could not have been exchanged as it was limited edition, however the team did try initially to makeup for it by offering a gift card that covered half the value of your order. The item despite having the dot of paint on the neck was not defective for use and because it was only 1 out of 10 bottles received it could not justify refunding your entire order. Regardless, I do see that the situation was rectified to something you were satisfied with. I'm sorry it took long to get the results you wanted and apologize for the issue in the first place.

Pretty bad
Refused to give a refund, awful customer service. Honestly the polish was worse than dollar store brand polish!! Static Nails is a rip-off. I cannot recommend $20 nailpolish that looks completely awful. They claim you need to buy more products to make it “work,” as in, $50 more in a undercoat and topcoat!!! Scammers.
Response from Static NailsFeb 5, 2021
Hi Crystal,
The polish is not $20, but please note per the product description and instructions on each page we state if you want the longest wear out of your manicure you should pair it with our primer, color, and top coat. Customers often report getting 8-14 days without chips when doing so. You can wear the color alone, but it will not last as long as it does when paired with our primer and top coat. I do see that customer service agents provided instructions and tips to get even longer wear with just a few tweaks even if you opted to not pair it with our system. I do hope you tried those and got better results.
We are always here should you need further assistance. [email protected]

Rudest customer service ever
I ordered $80 worth of nail products but then never got the products. I tried contacting them and they were really rude to me, and told me they can't send me another package or give me my money back because they said the package was delivered? I also never got a tracking number so I couldn't even prove that I didn't get it. I ended up disputing this charge with my credit card company and then they sent me nasty emails about how they'll send me to court because supposedly I'm trying to fraud them through my credit card company. What a waste of my time and energy.
Response from Static NailsFeb 5, 2021
Hi Isabelle,
In reviewing your case I do see kindly that tracking was provided and your package was confirmed delivered to your location and received, with proof. Our agents did not send any emails making threats of any kind. Please do not spread false information. Thank you.
