PROS: order arrived quickly and correctly and the polish dried quickly. CONS: the brushes in each bottle were exceedingly thin and bent making it extremely difficult to apply; the color Monaco was thick and gloppy and went on like Liquid Paper correction fluid yet the other colors were thin and watery. Overall not what I expect from a high end nail polish.

pop on nails don’t last!!!! It is advertised to last up to 30 days however they don’t even last a full day. They come off very easily!!

The nails looked beautiful and lasted a long time. However, they were hard to remove and left my nails incredibly unhealthy. They’re peeling and bumpy and look awful. Also, the polish on the French tip nails I got started chipping off so I couldn’t even see the design anymore. I don’t see any way I can leave a review on their website, even though 5 star reviews are on there.

Static Nails makes a fantastic product, my nails have never looked better. However, this company needs to up their game when it comes to shipping. It takes almost 2 weeks for domestic shipping within the continental US. They send you an email that your order has shipped, but package sits in CA for about a week before it even moves. Got this notification on 11/18 and I still don't have my order on 11/27. I would expect shipping to take this long if it was being sent from another country , but not inside US. Hopefully, Static Nails will consider partnering with stores like Sephora so customers won't have to wait forever for their order. It's really a shame .

I have bought many sets of static nails and love them. My complaint is they are dishonest and have non existent customer service, only posting reviews that are favorable and excluding any critical ones. I purchased their liquid glass topcoat to protect the design on the set of nails and it literally melted my brand new nails!! Posted pics, video and reviewed it on their website and they never got posted. Emailed customer service about my issue with the topcoat ruining my brand new nails and got ZERO help, only them telling me I needed to prove that was a recent experience. As if they can't look up exactly what I've purchased in the last year? Extremely poor company to deal with. For the price of these nails plus shipping to Canada I expected much better than this.

My first time trying the static nail polish I was excited after hearing the manicure would last 7-10 days. Well, by day 3 I had a few chips, day 4 polish was peeling off. And I did use static primer, 2 coats of polish, and static top coat. In my opinion the product is not worth the price.

I loved static nails and how durable they were using their own brush on glue. I do have small nail beds and had to file them to fit better. However when it came time to take them off after having them on for 3 weeks they ruined my nailbeds. And it was not like I had to tear them off either Wish I could add a picture.

Hi Mary, we are so happy to hear you loved the product and sorry to hear you had issues upon removal after 3 weeks of impressive wear. Please note this is not the normal case for customers as the glue dissolves over time and as long as they are not forced off cannot cause damage or leave behind glue residue. On rare occasions we have seen the nails last around 4 weeks when max glue application was applied for long wear on individuals with very, very dry nail beds, which sounds like it could have happened to you. The solution to avoid issues next time is to 1) apply half as much glue so it does not take as long to break down on you and/or 2) Use our Non-Toxic Odorless Polish and Pop-On Nail remover which dissolves the glue on command for a non-damaging removal <3 You can find it here: https://staticnails.com/collections/non-toxic-color-remover

Not worth the price. I do agree that it's made of good material that looks like real acrylic. However, my thumb nail popped off after not even 24 hours of use. AND it left residual glue on my nail! Not only that, but the sizes the nails come in are laughable. My nails are wide, and most of their nails are all pretty skinny. I had to file down their thumb nails to use as my ring finger. I asked about getting a refund or return. They said I have to make my own shipping label, and pay a fee. They even suggested that I just sell my nails to friends or family. What?? Overall, not worth the hype and expense!

Hello, This is an easy fix. If glue was left behind on your nail when it popped off so soon, it means the nail was not actually bonded to your nail in that area. It is important to ensure your entire natural nail is being covered when applying the nails and that you are applying firm, even pressure to avoid air-pockets, which are areas not enough glue was used, and/or pressure was received, which means the glue just dries to your nail and not both the static nail and natural nail. It can be buffed off your natural nail easily with the buffer included though. If you found the nail to show too much of your natural nail when applied it would be too small and could be a reason it also came off early. Otherwise, simply applying enough glue and pressure is the fix =)
