My order was not dispatched. Not received. They refused a refund and have stopped communicating. AVOID THIS SHOP. THEY ARE NOY LEGITIMATE.

I have had trouble with multiple orders, I did not receive the order and I was not given information for weeks. Finally, they attempted to reship the order and it was sent to the wrong state. After months of trying to work with them I still have not received a product even though I paid for it. They stopped responding to me.

Total con, takes your money for products and then never delivers. I have chased constantly with their customer services and keep being told they are waiting to hear from their warehouse.

Unfortunately, Static Nails proved themselves unworthy of trust. I followed the directions to return some of the products and nothing was EVER credited back. Customer support continued to encourage me to wait, claiming they awaited from their warehouse. More than a month has passed and no kind of refund, credit, or contact has been given to me. Initially, I had high hopes, but I feel like my money was stolen. I can't believe it!

I received a box of polishes, and I found one of the bottles broken in side the box. I was disappointed and was no longer interested in any of the items. I contacted the customer service rep - Hazel - and exchanged some emails, including pictures of the broken item as well as the contents of box, and I request a refund. It seemed simple enough to me. She asked me if the brown polish had broken. I told her yes, but I wanted to return the entire box due to the disappointment of how it arrived. She told me that since I opened the box, not the item inside, I couldn't get a refund. I thanked them for their time and decided to do a review. So let's get really honest about the polish! What you see is not what you get with these polishes. They are the size of a shot glass, give or take an inch, maybe 4/5 uses in the bottle. The only item true to form is the nail polish remover. If you are a polish girl go to Zoya, much better deals and selections. If you just want to get ripped off over size of the polishes and waste your hard earned money by all means do your thing. This is not about the money. It's about the disregard of a good faith action of an honest return. Read every review on this company before you spend a dime. Just say'n. I ordered their 5-in-1 nail polish, and it took a while to ship, but when it arrived, the brush to paint your nails was completely bent sideways (like permanently, as if it had been formed that way in production). It is impossible to paint your nail with it. I reached out to get that product refunded and they REFUSED! Despite the fact that I got a defective product! Insane. I see why the reviews here are so bad.

Charged me $155 for shipping for one tube of nail polish ! I didn’t approve this and was charged to my card , they then wouldn’t answer me to cancel the order and shipped it anyway , there is no way of talking to a person or getting a response , I’ll prob owe duty now as well ! $200 for a nail polish ! This is criminal !!!!!!!!

Do not buy the ‘pop on nails’ and remover. They proport to offer ‘new generation’ press ons and they are as bad as ones from 15 years ago. There is no ‘popping off’ with these nails. The glue is very strong. They also caused a lot of pain. After finding there was no way to create a ‘lift’ on the sides or bottom of the nails to get remover under the nail, I needed to soak in acetone and foil for 20 minutes. I tried to get their ‘special’ remover under the nail but there was no dissolving of the glue after waiting for 2 minutes as advertised. My only option was FIVE rounds of acetone soaking to get the nails to essentially melt. They’re still not all off. Unfortunately I bought multiple colours at one time to save on shipping as I believed they had come up with a glue that would act differently. I followed all their instructions by the letter. There’s a total of 3-3.5 hrs I’ll never get back plus now my nails need a lot of repairing time to rehydrate. Pretty shameful. Somehow they’re also hiding the poor reviews. I noticed I couldn’t find google reviews.
