I usually love STARZ i called yesterday after being on hold for over 20 min I had a representative come on the line more frustrated then me and I am the paying cust with the issue. I told her she was very Curt did she want to try again. I have bad days at work and when I'm called out i adjust she did not she was nasty, and as a Black woman i can tell she was of ethnicity and was terrible, i hate that this is mainly the reasons Black Americans and woman get judged harshly. Again it wasn't about race because all colors can be rude, but i hated it the entire encounter. I'm kind enough not to add her name. anyways my STARZ is still not working and she did not go above and beyond lost a cust who been with you for years.

From 2024 I found ThaT my account had been charged Twice in each month I reach ouT To customer service and leT Them know and requested for refund They only processed 1 month ouT of 6moths also found again in 2025 broughT To Their aTTenTion and guess whaT same I asked Them To leT Their Team do a Terror clean/ search because I explained clearly I have only 1 email I use for Starz They Told me with confidence I only have 1 email and no more so There only should be 1 charge now in 2026 I found again Jan Feb March April and may 2 charges and again only refunded 1 month and 1 $11.49 I need To know how can I geT justice in all The money The owe me and why have They noT done beTTer I feel Sammed by STarz!!!!

Starz doesn’t have many shows I like. Big problem is they double billed me. Went through a lot to get the refund. Then they billed me two weeks early. I was done watching outlander but had three weeks left. Got a representative that said I would get a refund in five business days. Day six I emailed them. Now they have to run it by their team. Good grief! I will never subscribe to Starz again!

Starz is by far the worst subscription service I have ever had. Their customer service is beyond rude and they do not honor there promo.codes. In my case I signed up for 23 for the year theater was the promo.sign up.noe and only pay 23 so I clicked and signed up. Guess what I was charged 76 for the year and adter I noticed and reached out to them they said the promo price of 23 would be credited to next year's subscription. I flat out canceled but guess what you dont get a refund anyways. Starz sucks

Untrustworthy and shady, utter trash. Never signed up but somehow started getting monthly subscription charges.

That 24.00 per year trial, is a rip off. Won't let me log in to my tvs only my phone. Went through customer AI BOT, no help. They reset my password, connected to a live agent and waited 26 minutes for no one to connect. Then called customer service. They could not help. Cancelled my subscription. But they still took my money. Their customer service is the worst out of all the apps. Don't do the 24.00 yearly trial membership. It's a total rip off.

I signed up for the 12 months for $24. When I got my receipt email they charged me $69.99. I tried to rectify this and they kept saying there was not a promotion on my account. I tried to cancel 2 times and they tried to give me the discount for next year I didn’t want it and still tried to cancel. It will not cancel my account and says your discount has been applied. I am disputing with my credit card company and doing a complaint at the BBB.

They refuse to answer their phone. They won’t let you cancel a subscription. THEY WILL NOT TALK TO ANYONE.
