They are thieves, nothing more. I was placed into autorenewal without my knowledge or my permission. I had no idea I could still access the app, nor did I want to. When I finally noticed they had renewed me and charged my credit card, I contacted them. You know they are able to tell whether I have accessed any of their services since my expiration date. Nevertheless, they just told me it is not their "policy" to give any refunds. Well, of course not, thieves don't give anything back — and they're losing so many customers that the only way they can make any money is to steal it. Deceptive practices. Self-serving policies. Shysters. Jerks. Avoid at all costs, because it will cost you.

Terrible service! I’ve been sent back and forth between Starzplay and their business partner like a ball. I provided the voucher code, contract, and screenshots, yet one month later I still don’t have the service, and I’m still paying for something I cannot use. You should resolve issues with your business partner directly instead of wasting the customer’s time. Extremely disappointing service from both sides.

I purchased a Starz subscription so I could watch one specific show that had 8 episodes. It was so frustrating to watch the show; I watched the little buffering circle go around until the screen froze and then went black. It took multiple attempts to get through each episode. Then a renewal fee was deducted from my bank account without any notice. When I went on the Starz site to complain, I was directed to Google play. I could not get any response from Google play. I eventually used a bot chat on Starz to cancel the subscription, but I was referred back to Google to request a refund. For 2 weeks I traded emails with Google but could not get any information about a refund. I finally found a refund request form on Google. I submitted it and quickly got a response that said that my fee doesn't meet criteria for a refund. What a total waste of time and money!!!

This is a joke. After I thought was a special deal I got jipped .A surprise of 69 bucks out of my check this month and I didn't get a warning at all or I would have cancelled before hand.Being disabled now I have to go to a clearinghouse to get some food. Thanks for nothing and the shows you have isn't worth a shit.I am angry.I should have gotten a warning.

I subscribed via their website last year. After 11 months I realized there wasn't enough content to justify the price, so I cancelled on their website and set to do not renew. I took screen shots of my DNR settings and saved the confirmation email. Their AI chatbot billed me the following month anyway. I cancelled again, requested and was given a refund. Got another set of confirmations that I was cancelled and my refund was coming. Then the next day they billed me again. I have now been billed twice for something I cancelled a full month ahead of time and am still waiting on my second refund, with receipts from both cancelations and both refunds. Starz' billing AI is one of the worst, and their content is low-mid. Do not subscribe or you will be stolen from by their automated systems.

You have the worst movies the oldest movies and you come out with a new movie every other month which are sucky ass movies and you want people to subscribe to this platform. No thank you I got my dollar 99 for 3 months I'm good you need to up your movies because you literally have shit for movies Paramount plus is better than you HBO Max is better than you Netflix this is better than you which is weird because I never liked Netflix. Again you suck

Worthless streaming service! Bugs, no content, poor support, and they really do not care about their customers. I purchased an entire year (deal), and regreted it from the very first day.

I bought a subscription for a year. I cancelled my subscription 3 weeks before it was to be renewed. They charged me $69.99 and renewed my subscription. I contacted them and told them I cancelled they said my subscription was not cancelled. I told hem their end didn’t cancel it my end did. They will not refund my money. I would have started it up again at a later date but now I will NEVER have Starz again. From reading the reviews I see this is common practice for them. I think with Outlander over they knew they would lose a lot of people so they decided just to cheat people out of their hard earned money! BEWARE!!!!!
