I run a beauty salon and having a credit card processing company that doesn’t shut down every 2 days is such a relief! It really takes a burden off my shoulders and their rates are the best I've experienced.

I just have no words to express my experience. Revised: I am taking the time to revise my review because the customer service I was given at Slice. Everyone there was super friendly, always answered my calls, return my messages promptly and was sympathetic to my issue; the biggest problem was their hands are tied on what they can do and even that was very little. I have since been told that all credit card processors companies are pretty much the same as well as their protocols. Meaning holding funds for an undetermined amount of time is normal. With that said, originally I had given a one star review . I’m giving my experience a three star rating and not a 5 start basically, because, it took a one star review to get someone in the upper management to give me a call and work on my behalf. By the time I got the call we were already almost three weeks in and nothing had been accomplished this wait negatively impacted my company as well as me personally.
