Overall, a good experience. Speed dial did not work on one phone we received. I have not contacted them for replacement yet.

The first phone that I ordered for our business was defective with a high pitch noise on the second line. I called the company and the sent another sent there was a one year warranty but I had to return the first phone at my expense.

We sent a return label for you to ship the defective phone back, however, we were not aware that you did not receive it, nor was a request for one made. I don't like that you can not return items without a lot of complications. I wish it were simple return. So I do not like their return policy. I think their products are below standard. Not good quality.
