received the wrong part, startechtel refused to take it back saying it was a special order, which I was not made aware of when ordering, and would not refund the charges.

If the products you ordered were working fine when you got them consider yourself lucky. But if you have any problems and need actual customer service or a return forget about it, they will find something to keep from having to help you. Very dishonest in that way.

Startecthtel.com Sales Manager refused to accept the reason that their phone could not connect to my inwall phoneline---even by an Xfinity Technician. I would have accepted a new phone but was only offered some kind of one-year warrantee for the non-function phone they sent me. I'm now stuck for many weeks with a useless phone. I would advise anyone looking to buy a phone from this company to look for a more ethical firm.

Ordered overnight part and was not told the shipment would not make the cutoff time. Be sure that you specify overnight means OVERNIGHT.

Amazing customer service with our order. Todd was very attentive to what our medical office needed. Very professional, friendly & accommodating. When we received our phones, the manner in which they were packed & shipped to us was the best. Would not think about using anyone else for our phone needs

I ordered two NEC phones about a year ago (2018) and I just ordered 4 more phones last week 2019/July, The phones , service, delivery, and people I spoke to were all excellent. The price was good also, not the cheapest by about 20.00 but the phones were like brand new both times. I did not mind paying a little more to get exactly what I want from someone I trust , especially after two times ordering. I am in Michigan

I would not trust this startechtel they charge my credit when I order linecard for mitel sx-50 and they did not shipped the item and when call every time they said item shipped and sending me traceking no. they never do that , I order 17 sep 2018 and today is oct-2 and I did not recived my order but they charge my credit card, I call today then even hang up my phone, do not trust this guys
