We do apologize that we cannot honor a refund per our company policy. Our company policies regarding returns, warranties, and more, can be found on our website. Unfortunately, handsets are non-refundable and we cannot take them back due to sanitary reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Man oh man
Man oh man! With an aging telephone systems and no longer supported by our local rep, I had to find someone who could provide quality hardware to keep our communications in full operation without excessive cost or over kill upgrades. StarTechtel was the answer to all of my telco hardware issues. They have always had what we needed when we needed it. They know their stuff!!!!
