Startechtel.comReviews of startechtel.com

Got exactly what I ordered, reasonable price, quick delivery. Will use again.

Startechtel.com was able to supply us with new and reconditioned equipment for our old telephone system. We ordered equipment online and received the telephones on the East Coast in five days. There was a problem with one unit and a replacement was sent to us prior to returning the defective unit. The customer service experience was excellent and very friendly.

Telephones were delivered within two business days. overall fast, great service.

I like the prompt shipping of the products we purchase. Unfortunately everything we purchase is refurbished as our phone system is very old. What we don't like is that the phones are shipped dirty. You could at least clean them before shipping.

Recommended--Great value. Reasonable price on difficult to find (older) telephone equipment that we needed to replace malfunctioning units. Expeditious delivery. I would use them again.

Great products,! Great people and excellent customer service. Absolutely would recommend Headsets.com

Awesome customer service!!

We are very happy with our purchase. Our new phone is working excellent and saved us money we would have spent on repairs.
