I have over the ear in both ears
I have over the ear in both ears. Dramatic increase in hearing in groups restaurants and home conversations.

I love the hearing aids
I love the hearing aids, HOWEVER, they are not Bluetooth compatible. I wish I had known that before I got them. I now trade them out with Bluetooth earbuds that I had before hearing aids. I listen to lots of audiobooks.

Hi Diana - Thanks for your feedback. Starkey does manufacture bluetooth hearing aids with bluetooth in several styles and models. We recommend connecting with your hearing professional to talk about your desire to have a bluetooth model the next time you're due for an upgrade.

Dislike aids having to repair everytime…
Dislike aids having to repair everytime I get 10 feet from my phone. It is a process of docking aids then finding again on phone and pairing to app. Some of the features work sometimes and not others. Voicemail can't hear though aids. Phone calls sometimes the aids work other times not. The back ground noise always seem to be loader than the TV or people or other Items I want to hear . The phone is a android s22 by Verizon.

It is strange that your devices are requesting unpairing to get them to show up in the app. Next time you have a drop and the hearing aids don't reconnect, please email us from within the Thrive Hearing Control app. This will provide phone system information to our tech support team, and they will be able to reply with any next steps that may be needed. Your hearing professional may also be able to assist you with troubleshooting this, as well as assist with any programming adjustments to ensure that your hearing aids are helping you hear in the way that you would like in challenging listening environments.

Amazing product
Amazing product, very impressed with the care I received as well. I’ve had 3 sets of Starkey hearing aids and have never been unsatisfied. The sound is natural and clear in noise.

I love Starkey
I love Starkey! They have both great customer service and products. Our previous set was with True Hearing and they were sub-par at best. My mother-in-law hears so much better with her Starkey hearing aids, it really helps with our conversations. Thank you Starkey!
