Honestly, I didn't have much of a choice. My insurance will only pay for two kinds. I feel that the hearing aids are fine. However, I feel that the business that I got them from was "all business". I was in and out! They need to understand that this is a "big deal" for those who get them later in life. It truly is life changing as I know it is for all ages, but have some patience with us.

Bjr, équipé depuis 1 an d appareil Genesis, le droit est tombé en panne en octobre, et en début novembre cela a été le gauche,(changement cable et microphone. Mes aides auditives étaient couples avec l application My starkey, tout fonctionnait bien jusqu'à début novembre puis plus moyen d'accéder à l application pour faire des réglages. En fait une mise à jour à été programmée pour cette application et mon Android Samsung n à plus là capacité pour ce type d application. Personne ne nous a informé de cela (plusieurs personnes touchées par ce problèmes. Maintenant Il faut changer de smarphone ??? Au prix où sont les prestations starkey.....ils doivent travailler avec les revendeurs de tph..Merci starkey...

My previous hearing aids had nice stiff wires connecting the aid and earpiece. These new ones have wires that are very "floppy" and hard to guide into my ears.

I was currently using Starkey aids and learned about the newer version. The Starkey dealer Sound Point arranged a trial and I was sold. Much more AI than my previous aids. Clearer speach in noisy gatherings and good computer control program. Very happy with my choice.
