As usual, acquiring my new hearing aids was quick and smooth. All paperwork covering my insurance part was completed at the office prior to picking up the new set. My hearing aid specialist, Andrew Roth, at the Ballston Spa office explained the new hearing aids, made all the adjustments perfectly and connected them to my iPhone.

2 months of use and this is my feedback so far. Comfortable, easy to use interface, long battery life, very good sound quality. My only complaint is when I brush or run my hands through my hair I tend to remove the hearing aids.

Great Service

I was told my hearing would be greatly improved with new hearing aids. I have not experienced this. Plus I get feedback from certain types of music. A high pitched squeal. I did not experience this in the past. I have had these hearing aids adjusted but the problem persists.
