Quality and most of all Starkey’s SERVICE. Every great outcome is based on service. Starkey provides excellent service to their providers and in return the consumer which is the most important is able to receive the the care and service they deserve.

Starkey is a great company
Starkey is a great company. They have superior hearing aids and great service. They are also a company that is very focused on charity with the Starkey Hearing Foundation in the US and around the world.

Best Customer Service in the industry
Best Customer Service in the industry. This company really cares about each and every patient and I have 5 years of working with them to prove it. As a bonus, every audiologist they use is in the USA, speaks perfect English, and frequently in my own time zone when I need help!!

Starkey is truly on the cutting edge in regards to hearing aids and advanced features such as the ability to track body and brain health, fall alert and language translation built into their hearing aids.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 6 years. The Starkey aids, their advanced technology, product quality, and professional service is all outstanding. What Bill and Tani Austin do with the Starkey Foundation is inspirational. They really walk their talk.
