Stannah Stairlifts USAReviews of stannah-stairlifts.com

We have a home in Nantucket and the steps to the 2nd floor are very steep. Unfortunately, it has became very hard for me to climb the steps safely. I looked into getting a stairlift and after much research and speaking to many satisfied customers I arranged to have a representative from Stannah come out to observe our steps. The representative was excellent and explained how the stairlift would be installed. We decided to order the stairlift and the date of installation was assigned. I use the stairlift several times a day and couldn't be happier. So I can honestly say if you are looking to purchase a stairlift, Stannah Stairlifts are an outstanding company!!! 1

On time and professional installers

Efficiently installed. E

Wonderful experience. Professional technicians. On time and worked very well within a very tight space. Clear concise instructions on how to use the chair lift safely and what number to call if I had questions or any issues.

The quick service. The installer was very professional. We love the chair..

Customer interactions were great from beginning to end. All questions answered promptly and well, and a minor service issue (with one of the remotes) was handled immediately.

The food is excellent and different from the other French restaurants

I worked closely with the representatives in Suwanee Georgia. The sales professional named Kamran was absolutely great to work with. Kamran knew his product very well and those of the competitors. Also, he was very professional in his interactions and presentations and every recommendation he made along the way in terms of configuration was absolutely spot on. Everything he said, turned out to be true, and I am very grateful for having the Stannah stair lift installed. The stair lift works perfectly even given the very complex configuration that we had installed and overall the system has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Stannah over and over again.
