All my questions and then some were answered with clear understanding for me.

We were very happy with the ordering and installation of our Model 600 Stairlift. Jim Wray, the salesman, was professional, curteous and answered all our questions. Eddy Eisenmann, the installer, did a great job installing the lift. The installation took about 4.5 hours which is what we expected. The lift is working well a little over a week after installation. However, we did have one issue that occurred a few days ago when the retractable rail did not retract when the lift was headed up the stairs. This occurred for about two hours in the afternoon with repeated attempts to clear it not successful. I called the local service mgr and arranged a service call for the next day. However, as we were getting ready for bed, we tried the lift again going up and the rail retracted properly. Not sure what happened but the retractable rail has worked properly since.

From the very first interview with the Stannah salesperson to the final installation, every aspect was of the highest standard! We would recommend Stannah to anyone considering a chair lift.

Jake and Shawn the installers came when expected and did a great job. Showed me how to use it and what to do if I have any issues.

Kevin the sales representative was very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns about the chairlift.It was installed In a timely manner.Now my husband is loving it.He can access his car in the garage with no pain in his knees or fear of falling down the stairs

Didn't arrive on schedule. Rescheduled and didn't arrive for installation on time again! System was finally installed satisfactorily and works as advertised.

I had left a decision on a chairlift to the very last minute prior to an extensive ankle and foot fusion. I thought I could manage the four steps down into my sunroom on crutches. Thankfully, I called Tito Valasquez at Stannah. Within only several business days, Jonathan was here measuring and just five days later, the chairlift was being installed (one day before surgery.) Not only has this been a game-changer for me, it’s very attractive and folds up quite close against the wall. Had I tried to use those stairs by any other means, it would have been foolish and risky. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but between the quality of the craftsmanship along with Stannah’s incredible warranty, this stairlift will be here with me forever! This was a superb and necessary investment so thank you, Stannah!
