Our first contact was by phone and the woman I spoke with was very patient, polite and informative. Our experience with Stannah just got better from there. Their sales rep explained the different options available to us, had pictures and illustrations and videos of the stairlifts and did not try to push one over the other on us. The installation crew were fantastic! Very polite and courteous, meticulous and perfectionists. They cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated how to use the lift, made helpful suggestions and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. I absolutely and enthusiastically recommend this company!

This is the second time I have rented a Stannah chairlift for our home so that my 94 year old Mother could come to visit. Stannah was great to work with, very flexible about dates to install the chair - we had to postpone because of my Mother's health issues. Their employees are knowledgeable and courteous and the installation was carefully done. I totally recommend them.

I am enjoying the Stairlift. My husband has not returned from the Rehab Hospital yet. Having the lift available should make it easier to take care of his needs when he comes home. I am glad I had the lift installed in anticipation of his return.

Chair works great except for the remote that brings the chair up or down when it is vacant. I have to press very hard on the remote to get the chair to come up the stairs empty and ditto on calling it down from the 2nd floor empty. A few times, I had to walk up and also walk down since the chair would not operate using the remote. I intend to contact Stannah to see what they can do about the remote. Would have given them 5 stars if no problem with the remotes.

We've only had the stairlift for about a month and find it very useful. It is so fully computerized that it pays to read the manual or have the installer explain the intricacies to you. I'm very happy with it.

Easy process from start to finish. A salesman arrived promptly to meet with me to explain the product and did not push me into anything that evening. They followed up but did not consistently call me to move forward, but once we decided to go with Stannah, the process was an easy one. I filled out paperwork and faxed it over to them and we were able to set up an install date that very same day. The install went just as well with the technician arriving on time and explaining the features of the product before he left. He really took the time to ensure my mom was comfortable with the ease of use.
