It works really very nicely- except one time when I didn't position in right way. I called your center and even it was Friday night the lady who answered my call was very helpful and practical.

If I had a single negative comment this would be the time to voice it. However, we were treated professionally every step of the way (no pun intended). The stair lift has changed my husbands life... He can get on and off safely and unassisted. It is entirely reliable and not an eyesore (something I feared). I recommend Stannah wholeheartedly. This company is worth the extra money. It's THAT important a piece of equipment.

I was sold on the very notion of a stairlift by the gent who made the first visit to assess the suitability of "this old house" for employing a lift. Excellent salesman in the best sense of the word. However, there should be a second meeting at the house of him AND the person scheduled to do the installing. Poor communications (or lack of same) between sales and installer. This customer, however, found both of them excellent reps of Stannah. Yes, I would recommend Stanch to "anyone."
