Excellent stairlift-sleek, quiet, easy to use

No problems at all with the rep, installer or with the use of the stair lift. I use it every day and probably will purchase it outright after the six month rental period is up, even though I expect I won't need it after a few more weeks. One never knows.....

Top notch company from the initial meeting with the salesperson who was knowledgeable and respectful we knew this was the product and people for us. The two men who completed the installation were courteous, neat and explained how to use the lift. We purchased a curved unit that fit perfectly. We needed a stair lift for my father in law to remain independent and safe. He lives in a bi-level home. I first chose the company because they also offer rentals. I never expected the level of professionalism of the staff. They always stood by their word. They came and measured the home. They gave us the quote and asked us not to buy today just think about it before committing. They took pictures and measured the home. They always came early and prepared. They had it custom made for his home and called to confirm for installation. The stair lift is being used daily.

Very Professional. Sales Rep explaned features and advantages and made excellent recommendations. We understood what we were purchasing. Installation Tech was fantastic. Showed up on time. Knew what he was doing and completed all tasks in the time estimated.
