This has made my mom's limited mobility a life saver. Before she had this she could not walk up a flight of 4 stairs with out being short of breath.

Every aspect of the purchase went well . the salesman explanations were excellent ( most likely since he had been an installer and knew the subject well ) and the installer was very pleasant and competent making sure that we understood everything involved,. So far we have been very satisfied with the operation of the lift.

My custom chair lift, a Model 260, was delivered a few days before I expected it, and was installed in less than 4 hours. That included removing my old life, which had stopped working, and company out of business. The chair lift is very well designed, perfectly constructed, and moves us from the 19th C. to the 21st C. My wife, who is the user, is very pleased, especially with the chair turning, so that she steps onto the hallway upstairs. I am impressed with the construction, the quiet operation, and the professionalism of all the employees I'be been in contact with, at my home, and at their office. If friends ask, Stannah will be my recommendation, without question.

Our installed Stannah Stairlift was easy for my mom to learn how to use on her own (within 24 hrs). It is quiet, has a smooth ride and is the perfect speed. The installers were on-time, professional and patient. I had to step out to a meeting and they waited until I returned to make sure my mom was comfortable using the stairlift. We have had the stairlift for a month (of daily use) with absolutely no issues and are very happy. The sales staff was a pleasure to work with as well. We visited the showroom so my mom could try the different models and tracks. There was absolutely no pressure. Previously we had a stairlift from another company which was a horror, so we have a good comparison of the product.

It couldn’t have been better. The sales man was so extremely informative polite and friendly. The installers were also such pleasant and hard-working man. We have nothing but positive experience.
