Smooth and quiet stairlift and a hassle-free purchase and installation
We needed a stairlift for my wife who is now having trouble with going up stairs. A neighbor recommended Stannah and online research bolstered that opinion. Michelle came to our house to evaluate the situation, was knowlegeable, courteous, and answered many our our questions before we even asked them. We set up a time to visit the showroom, went, confirmed who we wanted it set up, gave her a newspaper ad with a $200 off coupon, and set up a time for installation. The installer was on time, did the work quickly and neatly and showed us how to use it. In short, everything went smoothly and we're thrilled with our stairlift. Stannah may be a little more expensive than some other brands (we didn't actually get any other quotes) but the quality of the product and the level of service makes it worth it. Great job, Michelle and the team.

Happiness for my mom!
The Stannah stairlift has been the best investment I have made in my house. The joy it has bought my mother who uses it daily is priceless! She now easily feels more independent and able to do more at home! I have had no issues with the stairlift at all and am very happy! Wonderful product.

NO SHOW !! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVES ONES
Well I scheduled to have a Represenative come out to measure and give me a price on a Wednesday for the following Friday. NO SHOW !!!! I was not even on the schedule !!!!!! Talk about non professional business acumen. I TOOK THE DAY OFF FOR NOTHING !!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

Unfortunately, when we called you to attempt to confirm your appointment we were met by shouts and vulgarities, leaving us unable to set the appointment. However, afterwards when you reached out to us, we were able to schedule an appointment with an advisor for Friday, the day of your original request.
