Excellent product and sales/installation team. We did have a computer glitch on a Friday that didn't get a tech callback until the next Monday, when they came to fix it. However this one couldn't have easily been fixed over the phone anyway. We also had some bolts loosen up on one of the stairways, but they responded quickly and tightened them. General note: If you have 34" wide stairs like us, when the unit is at the top and swiveled, you can't walk past it. Since one of us uses it all the time, but the other only some, and we have a part time maid, we leave it swiveled and folded. Also a good idea in case EMT personnel need to rescue you.

The stair lift was installed quickly and the technician was very knowledgeable. The whole process was easy and the lift works very well.

We purchased from them again because of their outstanding after sales service. The original stairlift is now 5 years old. Whenever we needed a service call they address the issue within 24 hours. We use their 800 number that you can call 24/7

Stannah was a delight from setting up the sales appointment to when we were ready having the stair lift installed. Both the salesman and th installer were very professional and helpful. The stair lift has made a tremendous improvement in my life. No more being frightened to get down all the stairs to our garage.

My experience in getting a stair lift installed for my elderly parents was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company. In the midst of a pandemic everything is extra stressful, but everyone I dealt with making the purchase and having it installed were awesome and my parents are very happy with their extra freedom in getting to their second floor.
