Chair was installed on time . Very professionally done. Installer also took the time to explain everything about the chair . Highly reccomend

So fars so good... Don't like the horn beeping when track is going up or down ... Would prefer flashing lights instead .... Not sure track extenton is making a well aligned junction because it makes a loud " clunk" when the tracks connect.

I have already sent one of these to you. I am enjoying the Stannah Stairlift. It is easy to use and comfortable to ride on. It fits my stair space very well and I enjoy using it. The salesperson was knowledgeable and courteous. the installer was careful in my parents' home, did a fine job. The unit works great. My folks are thrilled with it, their only reservation was "we should have done it 2 years ago" !!

When I first called, I got an immediate response, and within a couple of days a representative came to my home and gave me an estimate. The estimate was acceptable, And installation was scheduled for the following week. The installers were professional and clean. Installation took about five hours, and the lift is working as expected. No problems so far.

Jenn & RJ were very professional They were clean & extremely knowledgeable The 2 of them answered any questions we had & they were great teaching my mother how to use the equipment I would recommend your company to anyone that needs a stairlift

Wonderful service and no pressure , quality item

No one has contacted us about the wrong color of our chair that was installed 4 weeks ago. We aren’t sure who to contact to get our originally ordered color
