Recently I became disabled & unable to climb the stairs in my home. My doctor suggested I get a stairlift & recommended several companies. I chose Stannah Stairlifts because it had the best reviews & seemed the most suitable to my needs & home. Stannah sent a sales rep, David Barash, to see me. He was great. He was knowledgeable, informative, polite & eager to answer all of my questions. He went out of his way to accommodate me even when I needed an electrician to complete the installation. He took it upon himself to find me an electrician & he found me a very professional & experienced one who did a fantastic & neat job. If I had any doubts before about the Stannah Stairlift my meeting with David clinched the sale. The stairlift was installed on 4/28/22, as promised. It is a life saver for me & now I wonder why I waited so long to get it. I can now go up & down the stairs with confidence & ease. Thank you David Barash for making life less painful & enabling me to stay & live in my own home. The installation went smoothly, thanks to the expertise of the Installer Will. He was just great. He customized the chair to my specifications, height, weight, etc., & took his time explaining how to use it. When Will was through the chair was very comfortable & easy to operate. It also looked very nice & complimented my staircase & hallway. If you, or anyone you know, is in need of a stairlift please don't hesitate to contact Stannah Stairlifts, Inc. Very satisfied with our Stannah chairlift. It gives a nice smooth ride up and down the stairs. It seems very sturdy. It's made life a lot easier for me. The sales man and the installers were very professional and did an excellent job. It did take quite a few weeks to get it installed, but this had already been explained to us when we put the order in. No surprises. I would definitely recommend this company.

Much thanks to Mo and the entire team for their prompt service. We had a minor power outage which caused the chair to go offline, but they sent a tech out right away to repair. Thank you Stannah!
