Bait and switch policy
The product is great and the install and service people have been great for the past year. Unfortunately, Stannah policies cannot be trusted. They can promise you one thing when you sign the contract, but then when the time comes for the buyback, they just say “Sorry, we just changed our policy,” and not honor their agreement. They are shorting my mother by $500 that she is owed. It’s petty and insulting, and it’s wrong.

Hello Michelle, We can understand your frustration, but unfortunately we have recently had to reevaluate what we can continue to offer while still covering our operating costs. We are sorry for the effect this change has had on you. While we wish we could offer more, Stannah is still one of the few companies that offers a buyback. Sincerely, The Stannah Team
