Installer did a good job..
Installer did a good job.. There were two reasons why I did not give you a five-star rating. 1) The salesperson said delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks and after 7 and 1/2 weeks I had to call the company and they responded immediately when I did. 2) the salesperson has never followed up to see if we are happy or not.

Installers were hard working and knowledgeable. Chair squeaks on turns and otherwise is great

Timely…efficient….wonderful young man…
Timely…efficient….wonderful young man installing…took all the time my client needed to learn how to safely use the chair….

It went so smoothly from the start with David Barash coming to our home to sell us the stairlift. He was friendly, knowledgeable & sincere. Max was our installer who was great. He was fast, productive & cleaned up after himself. He explained everything to us very clearly & made it easy. I would definitely recommend asking for Max to be the installer. He was great!

Your chairlift made it possible to…be near a shower and my own bed.
Your chairlift made it possible to continue living in my own home. I'm 93 years young and couldn't do stairs.My son David leased the lift for 6months. The installer did a wonderful job. Everyone from the company were very pleasant and accommodating. I find it expensive and hopefully I will be able to afford to having it for the end of my days.

A#1 Company!
From the very first contact everyone was friendly and helpful. The man who came to sell the stairlift was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us. The same was true for the installer. He was efficient and knowledgeable as well as friendly. This was one of the best sale experience we have ever had. The contact at the office continues the friendly efficacy that seems to be the hallmark of the company.

Installer was professional and kind
Installer was professional and kind. Very thorough and patient I’m regards to explaining how lift operates. I’m not sure of the date it was installed as an earlier opening occurred and they were able to install my parents lift at an earlier date than initially anticipated…(date of installation may have been 11/16 or 11/17)
